sabotage

snow-globe

He upset the globe

yet, the lovers endured
in proud romantic pose

sheltered by the frenzy
of the simulated storm.

certain he could sever
the jeer of their embrace

the ornament was hoisted
for one more violent shake.

  1. Your word play is magnificent! I adore it.

You know, they say all the BEST writers suffer from mental illness. Jessayin’! Hehe……I’m playing, you know. I only pick on those I adore. 🙂

This made me smile profoundly for some reason! Wicked and whimsical, one of my favorite combinations.
